Camp Severn - Kids Festival trade booking

Please note that we DO NOT require face painters, bars or caterers. Children's activities are all included in the ticket cost so we can not take applications from traders providing workshops for a charge to the visitor. If you provide this service then please email details and a daily rate to emma@campsevernkidsfestival.co.uk.

Please be aware that it is strictly one business per pitch. Pitches include one vehicle and two traders. Traders are welcome to stay on site behind their stalls. Unfortunately, we can't provide electric to trade pitches but all facilities are available on site.

Please submit the following documentation along with your application.

A non refundable £20 deposit will be required to secure your pitch. Please note that pitches include one vehicle and two traders.

Confirmation will only be received once all the information below is received and the invoice is paid in full.
