Camp Severn is aimed at the little folk aged  3 -13. That's not to say that older kids won't enjoy it as we have plenty to keep them entertained like the shows but the primary target is the little ones.

All Children under 0 - 02 will require a ticket (free of charge).

Everything except food, drink, and retail stalls is included.

This event is all-inclusive, meaning that once you're inside, all activities and attractions are covered by your ticket and can be enjoyed as much as you like! The only extras you'll need to purchase are food, drinks, and items from retail stalls.

Please note: Face painting is now considered a retail activity and will have a separate charge from the vendor.

To ensure everyone has a great time, please keep the following in mind:
While all activities are unlimited, it's important to be fair to others. Children are welcome to enjoy inflatables, rides, and more as many times as they’d like, but they must enjoy their turn for the allocated time and then rejoin the queue for another round. Please listen to the staff and be considerate of other families and children. Our main goal is for everyone to have fun, so let's make sure everyone gets a chance to enjoy the activities!

Camp Severn is at West Mid Showground is a peaceful family-friendly site on the banks of the mighty River Severn in the heart of Shrewsbury Town Centre.  Shrewsbury sights, restaurants, and shops are within 15 minutes walk and just half an hour from Ironbridge Gorge and the Shropshire Hills. This site is in the centre of it all whilst retaining its country charm.

Yes of course most of the activities are undercover! We have indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy so simply throw your wellies on! It's like Glastonbury for kids, mud, rain, who cares as it's all about fun!

Please be aware that some shows may not be able to be run in certain weather conditions. Stunt style shows can only run if it is completely safe to do so. Safety is paramount so we would appreciate your understanding if performers deem conditions unsafe to be able to perform.

Wszystko jest wliczone w cenę biletu, z wyjątkiem jedzenia, napojów i straganów. We wszystkich barach i sklepach z żywnością dostępna będzie płatność zbliżeniowa.

Bezpieczeństwo wszystkich dzieci jest priorytetem, dzieci muszą być zawsze nadzorowane. Dorośli będą mieli dostęp tylko z dzieckiem w swojej grupie, a wszystkim dzieciom musi towarzyszyć osoba dorosła, aby uzyskać dostęp.

W przypadku rozdzielenia dziecka z rodzicami należy natychmiast poinformować członka personelu. Plac wystawowy zostanie natychmiast zamknięty, a cała ochrona zostanie zaalarmowana.

Camp Severn - Kids Festival ma na miejscu oficjalnych fotografów i kamerzystów, którzy robią zdjęcia i filmy, które mogą być wykorzystywane do celów promocyjnych w Internecie. Fotografowie imprezy będą nosić oficjalne smycze i mundury.

Tak, bilety dla dorosłych należy kupić razem z biletem dla dziecka.

We will have onsite vendors selling both food and drink however, you are welcome to bring your own food on-site if required and we will have dedicated areas for families to enjoy picnics. Alcohol is not allowed on-site unless purchased from our on-site bar. Adults must drink responsibly and challenge 25 will be in operation.

Please note that bags will be search on arrival and glass is not permitted on site.

Dobrze wychowane psy na krótkiej smyczy są mile widziane, jednak prosimy pamiętać, że możemy zamknąć obszar dla psów, jeśli będą one zbyt zajęte dla ich własnego dobra.

Most of our activities are 'high volume', meaning they're designed to accommodate large numbers so that all children can enjoy them without the stress of queues. This includes workshops, which do not require pre- booking and operate on a 'rock up and join in' basis.

A timetable and workshop locations will be released closer to the event, so you can plan your schedule accordingly.

We strongly advise your take out the refund protection with the ticket provider in case of a emergency.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Visitors are welcome to sell their tickets before the event. We will always help and will confirm a ticket has been purchased with a potential buyer.

• Cancellation: If an event for which you have purchased Tickets is cancelled in full (and not rescheduled), your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded the Sale Price of your Tickets. If you have purchased Tickets or Packages for an event that takes place over several days and one or more days (but not all days) are cancelled, you may only be offered a proportionate partial refund.
• Rescheduling: If an event for which you have purchased Tickets is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date (or you will be offered Tickets of a value corresponding with your original Tickets for the rescheduled event, subject to availability). If you notify us within the specified deadline that you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will be able to cancel your order and obtain a refund of the Sale Price of your Tickets or Packages (Service Charges and Order Processing Fees are non-refundable). If we do not specify a deadline, the deadline by default will be 48 hours before the date of the rescheduled event. Failure to notify us by the application deadline that you are unable to attend the rescheduled event will be deemed to be a reconfirmation of your order for Tickets or Packages for the rescheduled event, and you will not be able to claim a refund.

Tickets will be emailed approx. 3 - 5 days prior to the event. The quickest and easiest way to get your tickets is by downloading the Skiddle app (link below).  Tickets will appear instantly in the app and this is the easiest way to scan them on arrival.

Please note that tickets purchased via our payment plans will not be issued until the payment plans are completed. 

Glamping can be booked direct with the supplier to cut out the middle man ​and ​so you have a direct contact ​immediately. 

Festival tickets will need to be purchased via our ​site and on arrival, the supplier will give us a list of ​names. Their details are as follows:

• Thursday 24th July (Early Entry Ticket Holders Only): 16:00 – 20:00
• Friday 25th July: 11:00 – 20:00
• Saturday 26th July: 07:30 – 09:00

Please note that the official event end time is 21:30 on Sunday 27th July, in accordance with strict licensing regulations and venue restrictions. However, The Berwick Bar will remain open until 22:00, featuring a silent disco.
Visitors are welcome, and encouraged to stay on site until the official departure time of 11:00 on Monday 28th July, allowing ample time to rest before travelling home.

West Mid Showground is a fully working camp site with all camping amenities on site including toilets, showers, washing up areas, elsan points and laundry. We also bring in additional showers and toilets for your convenience. 

Yes! We want you to have a great time but we just ask that you arrive together.

The only time this may not be possible is if the pitches are a mixer of EHU's and none electric.

Nie, nie zezwalamy na żadne generatory na terenie obiektu poza tymi używanymi przez dostawców. Podłączenia elektryczne są dostępne do wcześniejszej rezerwacji, więc jeśli potrzebujesz prądu, zarezerwuj jeden z nich.

Należy pamiętać, że zapasy EHU szybko się wyprzedają.

Early entry is strictly pre-booked only. This is designed to allow the visitor a more relaxed set up experience. 

Arrival times: 16:00 - 20:00. Unfortunately, we can not admit visitors after this time. 

The silent disco will be operating in the Berwick Building from 16:00

Food is, of course, permitted on the campsites as this is a camping experience! We also have a range of on-site food vendors who will be open from early morning until late in the evening to cater for our campers.

Small above ground BBQ's are permitted but must be attended at all times. They must be at least 6m away from any tents or awnings. Fire wardens will be on site so please be aware that any fire they feel are not suitable may be asked to be extinguished.

Disposable BBQs are not permitted. Please do not dispose of BBQ coals in any bins unless dowsed thoroughly with water first.

Yes we have security 24 hours a day from the start of the event to the end.

Security will ask to see your wristbands and will search bags when entering the arena area. Please have these on at all times to avoid issues.

Camp fires are not permitted on site other than those organised by the organisers. Camp fire stories will operate from 21:15 on the Berwick Lawn each evening.
